Some processes can’t be completed in house, so we offer validated outside processing for medical devices through a comprehensive list of approved vendors, including plating and coating. In line with FDA requirements and ISO 13485 standards, every vendor on that list is qualified before we use it. Our supplier quality program keeps those partners accountable: the Lavelle Medical team monitors each outside process, verifies the results against your specifications, and addresses any issues before parts reach you.
