Wire diameters can be as small as .004, which allows the cutting of very thin and precise features with a minimal radius and exceptionally tight corner radii.

Yes. Using RAM EDM equipment, we are capable of machining blind holes. In fact, this is one of the greatest benefits of EDM machining, and allows flexibility for a wide range of applications, especially in the medical industry where chip-less cutting is a necessity.

For example, while wire EDM tends to provide burr-free cutting, RAM EDM is preferable for chip-free cutting – which can be beneficial for a number of applications.
